NEWS | Loui McConnell joins the Dons on loan

Loose forward Loui McConnell has joined the Dons on loan from Betfred Championship side Featherstone Rovers.

The 21-year-old came through the ranks at Betfred Super League side Leeds Rhinos, and made his professional debut against Catalans Dragons in 2020.

He made the move to Rovers for the 2021 campaign, and has also had a brief loan spell with Castleford Tigers earlier this season.

McConnell joins fellow Featherstone team-mate Jake Sweeting at the Keepmoat Stadium.
