NEWS | Dixon signs new Dons deal

Forward Ryan Dixon has agreed a new deal to stay at the Dons next season.

The 27-year-old back rower has been with the club since the start of the 2019 campaign, and will now head into his third season at the Dons.

Dixon returned from a long-term shoulder injury just before the season was brought to a premature end, and has kept himself ticking over throughout lockdown.

Chief executive Carl Hall said: “We’re really pleased to have Ryan staying with us next season, he is another good player to have around the place.

“He puts his body on the line whenever he takes to the field and that is something every successful side needs.

“Ryan is raring to go and we can’t wait to unleash him. He’s been training the house down during lockdown, I am really looking forward to watching Ryan kick on in 2021”
