NEWS | Dons sign Liam Johnson

The Dons have completed the signing of forward Liam Johnson on a one-year deal.

The 23-year-old has plenty of Championship and League One experience under his belt, having won promotion from the third tier with Bradford Bulls in 2018.

Johnson, who was the subject of interest from other clubs in the league above, will add to the strength in depth in the Dons’ forward pack.

Johnson said: “I’ve had a frustrating couple of seasons due to injuries and the pandemic but I’m really looking forward to kicking on and getting stuck into a new challenge. 

“Now that I’m fully fit again I’m really looking forward to meeting up with some old faces, getting to know the rest of the squad and going again next season.”
