NEWS | Brad England leaves the Dons

Forward Brad England has left the Dons to join Betfred Championship side Bradford Bulls.

The 25-year-old arrived at the club permanently at the start of the 2017 campaign, and has been a key figure for Richard Horne’s side since.

The back-rower says he enjoyed his time at the club and will always carry fond memories with him throughout his future career.

He said: “First of all I’d like to thank CEO Carl Hall for giving me the opportunity to come to Doncaster and standing by me through my injury problems.

“Also to Richard Horne for allowing me to play regularly and teaching me the areas of my game where I needed to improve. The backroom staff have been great with me and the players I’ve made some great memories with and they are friends for life.

“The fans have always supported me and I would have loved to have won promotion with Doncaster this year but the pandemic meant that wasn’t meant to be. I would have stuck by the club if it wasn’t for my own ambition to play at a higher level.

“Thank you for everything and I wish you all the best for the future.”
