NEWS | Dixon close to making comeback

Head coach Richard Horne is hoping to have Ryan Dixon available for selection over the next couple of weeks.

The back-rower has been out for the best part of a year with a shoulder injury, but is edging closer to a return to action as the Betfred League One season gets underway.

Forward Brad England is around three weeks away from being available after injuring his ankle against Wakefield in pre-season, with the game at Keighley Cougars on Sunday March 22 pencilled in as a return date for the 2018 Player of the Year.

Full-back Jack Logan missed the Coral Challenge Cup tie at Workington Town through illness, but is set to return for this weekend’s clash against Barrow at the Keepmoat Stadium.

Jordie Hedges remains the only long term absentee as he continues his recovery from a knee injury.

Tickets for the Dons' game against Barrow Raiders at the Keepmoat Stadium on Sunday March 1 are available now from tickets.clubdoncaster.co.uk
