Jones closes in on 100 career tries

Connor Jones is just two tries away from reaching a century in his career, and he will aim to seal it next time out.
The hooker has crossed for 11 tries since joining last year, taking his career total to 98.
He scored 86 tries for Featherstone between 2019 and 2025, before adding one more during his spell with Salford Red Devils in 2020.
This year, the Australian’s tries for Dons have now taken him to the brink of triple digits, with just two more needed to reach the landmark.
The milestone would represent another memorable achievement for Jones, who will be hoping to achieve it in the upcoming play-off test at London Broncos at the Cherry Red Records Stadium on Sunday 13 September.
If you want to be there in hope of witnessing Jones’ historic moment, tickets are still available here for Dons’ trip to the capital.
Fancy a double weekend of sporting action? A day earlier, Rovers are set to face AFC Wimbledon in Sky Bet League One at the same stadium, with tickets for that fixture available via this link.
