Payment system update

Club Doncaster has recently moved to a new payment gateway provider for our box office.

As a result of this change, any card details previously saved on supporter ticketing accounts have not transferred across to the new system. This affects all areas of the box office, including season memberships, hospitality bookings, general ticketing and lottery payments.

What you need to do

If you have saved card details or a recurring payment set up on your account, please log in and re-enter your card details before your next transaction. This will ensure your payments continue to process without interruption.
