Sam Smeaton is determined to keep building after earning a new one-year deal with the Dons.

The centre will spend a seventh campaign with the club and is keen to continue to make a big impression as he ever has.”

“Last year was a good one for me personally and I’ve earned a new deal out of it so I just want to keep building,” he said.

“I speak when I need to and just work the rest of the time. I think I’ve got a really good balance with it and I’m enjoying it.”
