Connor Robinson extends Dons stay for two more years

We are delighted to confirm that Connor Robinson has signed a new two-year deal with the club.
The scrum half first joined the Dons ahead of the 2022 campaign and is closing in on the 100 appearance mark for the club.
“I’m very happy to get it over the line,” Robinson said. “This is home for me. The club dragged me out of the gutter when I thought my career was dwindling and I was released by Halifax.
“Carl [Hall, CEO] trusted me and hopefully I can continue to repay that faith from him over the next two years.”
Robinson scored ten tries in the promotion-winning campaign of 2023 and has been a stalwart for the club over the past four seasons.
The 31-year-old represented Hull KR, Halifax Panthers and York prior to joining the Dons.
Head coach Richard Horne said: “I’m really pleased we’ve got this sorted with Connor.
“He’s been a big player for us over the last few years and I really do feel that we’ll see even more from him over the next couple.”
