Brad Hey hopes to play a major role in fulfilling the Dons’ ambitions for Super League after extending his stay at the club.

The centre has signed a new two-year contract, building on his three campaigns at the Dons.

With the focus on making strides both on and off the pitch in order to position the club for top flight rugby league, Hey is keen to be a part of the growth of the club.

“A big reason why I wanted to stay was the group that we’ve got,” Hey said. “But it’s also the ambition of the club as well.

“They obviously put themselves forward for Super League with the application, and it shows a real statement of the intent of what the club wants to do and what it is striving for.

“I want to be a part of it for as long as I can be.”
