Festival of Fireworks | All you need to know

Ahead of the Festival of Fireworks tonight at the Eco-Power Stadium, please find below all the information you will need to know before attending.

TICKET INFORMATION 

General admission is charged at £5 per person. Entry for children with a height of under 1m is free of charge.

For those who have pre-booked tickets, if possible, please collect your tickets from the box office before 12noon today.   CATERING 

Food and drinks are available from various outlets around the stadium. Alcohol and soft drinks are available from the outlets on the First Bus East Stand concourse. This bar will be open for public use throughout the evening.

TIMINGS 

Doors open – 5pm 

First display – 6:30pm 

Second display – 8:45pm 

Site closure – 10:00pm

SECURITY  

Please make sure you arrive with plenty of time so that sufficient bag searches can take place ahead of entry to the grounds.

SAFEGUARDING 

Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over.

We encourage adults who bring children with them to have a picture of their child from that day on their phone. In the event the child gets lost it can help our staff quickly identify the child.  

Wristbands are available for collection from the safeguarding gazebo in the First Bus East Stand Concourse. These are free of charge and adults can write their contact details on the wristband in the event the child becomes separated from them at any point during the evening.

SAFETY

Please note that fireworks or sparklers will not be allowed on site.

CAR PARKING 

Car parks 2 and 3 will be open with parking charged at £5 per vehicle. This can be paid for either by cash or card. If possible, please have the correct change available on arrival at the Car Park.

QUIET AREA 

Foundation Fitness based on the outside of the Pass Logistics North Stand will be open as a quiet space for those who need assistance. Please contact the nearest member of staff on the evening to help direct you to the area.

FUN FAIR

There is an individual charge for each ride, cash or card are accepted on the rides.

ANIMALS 

Only service and guide dogs are permitted onto the site during this event. No other animals or pets are to be brought, otherwise, you will be refused entry.
