INTERVIEW | Craig Hall discusses his return to Featherstone
Doncaster travel to Featherstone Saturday, July 20 for a 6pm kick-off and it’s a return to the Millennium Stadium for Doncaster’s Craig Hall.
Reflecting on last Sunday’s defeat at York, Hall said, “We’re disappointed to not have put an 80-minute performance in, we left ourselves too much to do come second half.
“We’ve looked back at it and we now need to put things right for Saturday night and that’s what we’re doing.”
Having turned out for Featherstone 50 times and being a prolific try scorer, Hall knows the challenge ahead for the Dons, “They’ve got a big set of forwards and like to play rugby especially down at their place.
“Their fans are fantastic and will be behind them so we definitely need a big start.”
Moving on to discussing the Dons season so far Hall said, “I think we’ve done well, definitely think we could have done better. There are a couple of games we’ve let ourselves down results wise and a couple we could have won.
“So we could be a little higher in the league with a few more points behind us but we’re working on the areas we need to improve and hopefully that starts Saturday.”
