NEWS | Dons welcome Nathan Wilde in on loan

The Super League middle joins Doncaster RLFC on an initial two-weeks loan from Leigh Leopards.

The Dons have looked to strengthen in both numbers and quality after a couple of knocks in certain areas of the field. 

Wilde joins the South Yorkshire side after making 11 Super League appearances for Leigh last campaign, his season only cut short after an injury that kept him on the sidelines for the remainder of the season. 

After a return to full fitness the 24-year-old is looking to slot straight into the Dons head coach's plans with Horne saying, "Nathan has top level experience, brings power and athleticism to our middle and after a few niggles and knocks in that area we're grateful to Leigh and Chris Chester for working with us to make Nathan available to come in and help us out." 

Wilde will join Doncaster on an initial two-week loan with potential for the deal to work beyond that.
