MATCHDAY GUIDE | Betfred Challenge Cup semi-finals (18/05/24)

All the information that supporters will need to know before attending tomorrow's Betfred Challenge Cup semi-finals.
The two matches will take place at the Eco-Power Stadium on Saturday, May 18 with the women’s semi-final between St Helens and York Valkyrie kicking off at 11.15am, followed by the men’s semi-final between Wigan Warriors and Hull KR which will kick off at 1.45pm.
Ticketing
The Club Doncaster Box Office will open at 9am for any pre-purchased matchday collections. There will no matchday tickets available to buy on the day.
Your match ticket allows you to watch both matches - however, you will not be permitted to leave the stadium and then re-enter afterwards.
Turnstiles
Turnstiles will open from 9.45am.
Food and Beverage
Food and beverage concessions will be open throughout the full stadium and alcohol will be allowed to be consumed in stadium seats. Refreshment counters are located under each of the stands. They are fully accessible and within easy reach of all pitch side seating areas.
There are bar and food concessions within the stadium. Payment is by card or smartphone only – the Eco-Power Stadium is a cashless venue
Please note that you will not be able to bring your own food and drink into the ground.
Parking
There are 1,000 parking spaces available at the stadium – these can be purchased via Your Parking Space online or via the Your Parking Space app.
A limited number of disabled parking places priced at £10 are also available at the stadium. Supporters can book by calling 01302 762576 and selecting Option 1.

Bags
The stadium does not have a limit on bag size, but all bags will be searched on arrival at the turnstiles.
Flags
Small flags are permitted with plastic poles, but metal poles are forbidden. Larger flags are also allowed but supporters should bring fire safety certification along with the flag. You can read the stadium flag policy by CLICKING HERE.
Pre-match
Supporters should note that there will be a pyrotechnic display as the players walk out prior to kick-off.
Audio headsets
Audio headsets for visually impaired supporters are available on loan from the stadium’s Box Office on matchday. There is a £10 deposit required which is refunded when the headset is returned to the Box Office. If there are any issues with the headsets, please go directly to the Box Office.
Smoking and vaping
The Eco-Power Stadium is a no smoking or vaping venue.
Anyone found to be smoking or vaping can be ejected from the stadium.
Pyrotechnics
The use of flares and any pyrotechnic devices on matchday is strictly forbidden at all times.
