MATCHDAY GUIDE | Doncaster RLFC v Sheffield Eagles

All you need to know before attending tomorrow's game.

The game takes place at the Eco-Power Stadium on Friday March 29 with a 3pm kick-off. If you haven't got your tickets yet, you can still purchase yours in time for the game.  

Ticket Prices 

Tickets are available for the game from the Club Doncaster Box Office.  

Matchday prices (not including restaurant access)

  • Adult (on the day) - £22
  • Adult (in advance) - £18
  • Concessions (aged 66 and over) (on the day) - £18
  • Concessions (aged 66 and over) (in advance) - £15
  • Children (6-17 years old) (on the day) - £2
  • Children (6-17 years old) (in advance) - £1
  • Children (5 and under) – Free

The Box Office will be open from 12 noon until kick-off offering supporters the chance to purchase tickets for the game.  

Supporters are advised to avoid queues at the Eco-Power Stadium this season and get your e-tickets for matchdays.  

Anyone purchasing tickets online who selects the e-ticket delivery option will get their ticket in their e-mail inbox within a matter of minutes - right up until kick-off.  

That means there will be no need to queue at the Box Office on matchdays for purchases or collections, saving you valuable time.  

E-tickets can be purchased up until kick-off, making it the simplest way to gain entry to home matches this season.  

The e-ticket will be sent to the email address attached to your online ticket account - allowing you either to print at home or bring along your smartphone to have the QR code scanned.  

Please make sure you have your e-ticket downloaded to your files on your smartphone or screenshotted in case of any WiFi issues at the Stadium.

Don't forget you can purchase your tickets for next week's clash against Wakefield Trinity from the Box Office on matchday.

Pre and post-match entertainment

Turnstiles will open at 12.30pm and their will be a host of family entertainment available on the concourse including:

  • Free face painting
  • Rugby Skills games
  • The Lion’s Den where youngsters can play FC24 on the PlayStation consoles.

A pre-match community festival will take place prior to the main event with teams from Doncaster Toll Bar, Dodworth Miners and Goole Vikings.  

Supporters can show their appreciation to our local community clubs who will be taking part in a half-time pitch parade.  

South Yorkshire Cup

The teams will be competing for the South Yorkshire Cup in addition to the two points.  There will be a presentation of the trophy post game on the pitch.

Food and drink

Supporters can enjoy a delicious range of food and beverages from the concourse outlets at the Stadium.

The outlets will open at 12.45pm, with tables and seating for supporters to enjoy the pre-match atmosphere.

Supporters can enjoy tasty treats such as the katsu chicken curry, the loaded burger, the loaded hotdog and the now famous chippy tea butty. 

All food and beverage outlets are now cashless facilities and therefore please ensure you have your debit/credit card available on the day.

Please note that there will not be a beer buggy in place for this game.

Hospitality Access 

The doors to the hospitality lounge will open at 12 noon.  Only supporters who are gold season ticket holders or who have purchased hospitality for the game will be able to gain access to the restaurant.  

Former Dons and Sheffield player Pete Green will be in attendance in the restaurant and will provide his thoughts on the game ahead with matchday host Jonathan Heath.

Car Parking 

Hospitality guests are advised to park in car park one, all other supporters should park in car park two.

You can pre-book your parking through the Your Parking Space app and website (www.yourparkingspace.co.uk) for £4.

Car parking is £5 on the day, and you must pay via the Your Parking Space website or app.   

If you have pre-booked please be prepared to show your booking confirmation on arrival.  

Please note that there is no cash facility for car parking on the day.  

If you do not have access to a smartphone you can pay for your parking at the Club Doncaster Box Office.

Teamsheets 

Teamsheets will be available from members of the club staff on the concourse and in the restaurant from approximately 2pm.

Dons 50/50 Draw 

The Dons will be running a 50/50 draw with tickets available for £1 from sellers inside the ground and near the turnstiles. The winner will win 50% of the proceeds with the remaining 50% being donated to the Dons CIC.  The winner will also be offered the chance to take part in our two-kick challenge on the pitch at half-time to win a signed matchball.

Club Store 

The club store will be open from 10am – kick-off with the 2024 home and away shirts plus the training range available for supporters to purchase. Please note that the club store is a cashless facility.  

Stadium WiFi 

Supporters can connect to the stadium's wi-fi by joining the network named: 1 - Jibba Jabba Free Wi-Fi.  

Once this has been clicked it will take you to a splash page where you can register to connect to the internet for free. 

Safeguarding 

Please note that all children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 and over.     

Quiet Room 

The Dons Quiet Area will be open as usual during the match. Supporters who wish to utilise the room should contact the nearest steward who will take you to the room. Please note that children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult when visiting the room.
