NEWS | Connor Robinson commits future to Doncaster RLFC

He was 'Back of the Year' for 2023 and Connor Robinson is back with the Dons for another two seasons.

The 28-year-old has agreed a new deal to extend his stay at the Eco-Power Stadium after playing a pivotal role as the Dons secured promotion to the Championship.

''There’s no other place I’d rather be than Doncaster," Robinson said. "I've been on this journey for two years and want to see where this club can go.

"I've got my best years in front of me and along with Carl [Hall], Rich [Horne] and the lads I’m ready to dig in and help this club grow."

Both chief executive Hall and head coach Horne have spoken of their desire to retain a strong core of players who were key to winning promotion via the play-offs this year, with Robinson a significant piece of the puzzle.

The half back joined the Dons in November 2021. He scored 248 points during the 2023 season, including slotting over 104 successful kicks.
