Greg Burns says the lads are disappointed and upset after recent results.

Burns says the lads are disappointed and upset with recent results and performances however, the last game has been reviewed and now put to one side ready to move on.

Burns on training this week:

“We've had a video review earlier in the week and training tonight (Wednesday) has been high-intensity with a lot of contact and the mood is really good.” 

The Dons hooker spoke about the confidence we should have in the squad and if they stick to getting the basics right and following the game plan they have a great chance of getting the right result.  

Burns on Workington being a good game to go into: 

"Yes, they're in good form and find themselves in a great position in the league, they're a big physical team so it's a good game to dive straight in to."

The Dons travel to Workington Town in Betfred League One this Sunday, July 30.
