Richard Horne believes discipline could be key for the Dons if they are to beat Workington this weekend.

The Dons make the trip to Cumbria on the back of a win against Keighley in Betfred League One, and Horne wants his side to stay focused on the job in hand.

He said: "We've spoken about our discipline and we will address why decisions are going against us, we need to be more resilient when we're defending and not give too many penalties away.

"The game will probably be similar to the Keighley one in terms of the way they play, if we give them field position they know how to find their way over the line.

"For us it's about finding territory and having the ball in the right areas, which is something we got right in the second half last weekend."

The game against Workington sees Horne go up against another former Super League half-back in Leon Pryce, and the head coach knows what to expect from the opposition.

He added: "He'll have them ready after a big defeat last time out, they're going to be fired up for them and we need to back up a good performance with another win.

"We're focusing on Workington and taking one game at a time, that is always important when you get a run of important games in quick succession."
