First Supporter Liaison Officer appointed

15th June 2015

The club would like to welcome the newest member of the team...

Barry Brown has been appointed as Doncaster RLFC’s Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO).

The appointment of a Supporter Liaison Officer is a first in rugby league and will further enhance the relationship between the club and you our supporters.

Many of you may know Barry already, a loyal Dons supporter for many years, he was a familiar face at Tattersfield and now the Keepmoat Stadium.

Speaking about the role Barry said: “I know Carl Hall (Chief Executive) and have watched the Dons for over 35 years, I’m quite well known amongst supporters and I attend a lot of away games.

“Supporters can come up to me if they have any issues at all and hopefully I will be able to address them and help them out.”

The SLO’s provide a now vital link between the fans and the club and will also provide a warm and friendly welcome to visiting supporters to Keepmoat Stadium.

Look out for Barry on match days, he will be based in the East Stand and you can catch him in and around the stadium pre-match.
