REACTION | Braham happy to be back in the team

Zac Braham enjoyed being back in the Dons side after making a try-scoring return against London Skolars.

The Dons ran out 42-18 victors in the capital, and Braham was pleased with his personal performance after guiding the team to two points.

He said: “I seem to have got a few tries this season, I don’t normally score so just keep them coming for me.

“I enjoy the competition, but I find it difficult when you get a couple of games under your belt and then you’re out again.

"You struggle to get momentum but hopefully I’m going to get a good run again, get some momentum and then get back to where I was.”

The Dons got back to winning ways after two straight defeats in league and cup respectively, and Braham wants them to kick-on for the rest of the season.

He added: “It was tough, it was always going to be tough. They’re no mugs, it’s a long way down and the weather played a massive part. It’s a hard place to come.

“I think all the lads dug deep and showed our class, we blew them off the park in the second-half and got a well deserved win.

“Richard told us to book our ideas up at half time. A few of us, myself included, weren't up there and that second-half we dug deep and pulled a result out."
